We were very happy with this hotel. Definitely would stay there again. Room was cleaned several times a week. Big swimming pool. Nights were quite cool so we used air-conditioner only once. Shopping center is about 10 min walk but be ready for a lot of stairs.

Poor Wi-Fi signal (at least on the 5th floor). But at reception and near the pool it was good, although not 100% stable. Some noise from disco clubs of shopping center is heard until 4 A.M., so take earplugs if you're sensitive to this (for me the noise from the fridge in the kitchen was more disturbing). But I'm sure it's common problem of the most Puerto Rico hotels. Some bed sheets were too aged so it was the only thing I would suggest to improve.

The apartments are kept in immaculate condition, cleaned 5 out of 7 days, towels changed every other day. There is a permanent handyman with a daily list of repairs and the guy on the reception desk was so helpful.

The location of the apartments is up towards the top of the hillside. Ok for walking down to the town but transport is useful on the return.

We had an amazing stay at TC Apartamentos! the staff was incredible and the place was spotless. It was so refreshing to have our bed made up daily and the whole place was fully air-conditioned. the view from our room was breathtaking and the location was perfect. We loved that it was a short walk to the main town, but just far enough away to avoid the noise from clubs at night. the pool area was fantastic and well-maintained. TC Apartamentos offered great value for the price and we can't wait to go back!

Booked Apartmentos Rocamar for a last minute getaway. I had read great reviews about the apartments so booked up on that basis. Arrived to find a bottle of red wine, nice touch I was not disappointed, spotlessly clean and a fantastic view. The fact the apartments have air conditioning and their own terrace with table and chairs is a huge plus for me. I was quite happy to sun myself there reading a book. The apartments are basic but have all you really need. no issues and the staff friendly and polite. The noise from Peurto Rico main bars etc may be a problem for some It wasnt an issue for me. Easy to walk down steps into main area but suggest you get cheap taxi back especially if carrying water or shopping. Its not nicknamed heart attack hill for nothing! My wife and i both enjoyed a very pleasant stay and had a good time ps. air conditioning needs the door shut to work this is normal and a design feature otherwise your just wasting energy!

Everything suited the needs, it's reasonably priced. Everything was excellent, I appreciated spotless rooms. Had very welcoming staff from the poolside bar Eddie to the receptionists and all the hard working maids. A kettle and a toaster were handy. There was a bath. Food for breakfast was lovely.

The location is great and brilliant, situated right by the beach and a huge poolside bar near the beachfront, the town centre for evening entertainment, and the valley. The rooms are spotless with their own 'private' balcony, truly enjoyed that.

It had a particularly good and perfect setting adjacent to Puerto Rico's bars, the commercial center, and Puerto Rico's main shopping centre and Puerto Rico's bars and restaurants. I loved that shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet were provided. During the stay everything was perfect and I got wake up service as a compliment.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with the shopping center just a short walk away or a quick taxi ride for less than €3. This makes it easy to access supermarkets, restaurants, and entertainment in the town center. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout.

The noise level from the surrounding nightlife can be bothersome, especially for light sleepers.

Almost verything was good

Pigeons. There was a lot of pigeons- they spread the infection.

I had such a great value for my money at Tc Apartamentos! The room was spacious and comfy. The location was convenient, close to the town and other popular areas. The staff were friendly and treated me well.

The breakfast selection could use some improvement.

Staff were excellent and I could not fault the hotel in any way
